Form SRPS Update

The Seller Rental Property Statement (SRPS) has been revised with two changes in the introductory paragraph: 

1) Going forward, SRPS form refers to the San Francisco Purchase Agreement “Rental Property” paragraph without specifically referencing the paragraph number. This will eliminate the risk of erroneous cross-references following future revisions of the San Francisco Purchase Agreement. 

2) Buyer and Seller blank lines have been removed. In practice, sellers typically complete the SRPS form prior to marketing when the Buyer is unknown. Buyer and Seller are still required to sign at the bottom of the form as part of the transaction.

The updated form is now live on all SFAR forms platforms.
